8. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You will be charged at the beginning of your subscription and each renewal period unless you cancel. The Service uses third-party payment processors (Stripe) to process payments.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused service
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in the Privacy Policy, including information about OAuth flows, tokens, and usage patterns to provide and improve the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Enterprise customers have specific SLA terms in their contracts.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
